Per mailbox: Warmforge, MailReach and Warmup Inbox

Warmforge charges $12 a month for one mailbox slot, meaning one mailbox you can warm up and monitor, billed monthly; it also shows $10 a month billed every 3 months and $9 a month billed annually ($108 a year).

MailReach charges $25 a month for 1 mailbox, $117 for 6 ($19.5 each), and $18 and $16 each at 21 and 51 mailboxes. Warmup Inbox charges $19 a month per inbox on Basic, or $15 a month billed yearly ($180 a year).

Per plan: Warmy's five plans

Warmy's pricing page shows only a starting figure, "Plans starting from $49 / month", and no plan names. Its comparison pages list five plans, Starter to Platinum, from $49 to $429 a month, billed monthly, for 100 to 5,000 warm-up emails a day. Its pages show no annual price, though its Terms say annual billing exists.

Warmy prints no mailbox count per plan, so its monthly cost per mailbox is the one figure this table cannot give. Its pages disagree on how a plan counts mailboxes, so confirm that first. Warmy pricing has the plan details.

Inside an outreach plan: Instantly and Smartlead

Instantly Growth costs $47 a month billed monthly and warms unlimited email accounts, within limits of 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month. Smartlead Base is $39 a month billed monthly, with 6,000 email sends and a warm-up pool at the Foundation tier; a pool is the group of real mailboxes that exchange warm-up messages with yours.

Both prices buy a sending tool, not warm-up alone. For the lowest warm-up price by tool, see cheapest email warmup tool.

What adds to the bill

  • Add-ons: Warmy's pricing page says there are no add-on fees, but its help center lists warm-up with clicks as a paid add-on, price on request, and top-up credits that you cannot yet buy on your own.
  • Placement tests: Warmforge sells them separately, with Pro at $39 a month billed monthly; Warmy includes 5 to 50 a month, per its comparison pages.
  • Taxes and refunds: Warmy's Terms say fees exclude taxes and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

When warm-up is not worth paying for

MailReach's blog says you might not need warm-up when you consistently send under 20 cold emails a day per inbox, and calls manual warm-up workable at 10 to 20 a day; that is a warm-up vendor's view. Google's guidelines advise a low starting volume to engaged users, raised slowly, and name no warm-up service. Does email warmup work sets out the claims and the doubts.

Pick Warmforge or MailReach to pay per mailbox, Instantly when warm-up should come with sending, and Warmy when one plan should cover warm-up, tests and DMARC monitoring. Warmy's pricing page says its 7-day free trial needs no credit card; its Terms limit it to one mailbox and convert it to a paid subscription unless you cancel first.
