Per-mailbox alternatives: MailReach, Warmup Inbox and Warmforge

MailReach charges $25 a month for one mailbox, billed monthly, and $19.5 each for six. The warmer includes 20 spam test credits, and its pricing page lists no trial. Warmy vs MailReach sets it beside Warmy, and MailReach alternatives widens the field.

Warmup Inbox is $19 a month per inbox on Basic, $59 on Pro and $99 on Max, billed monthly, with 75, 250 and 1,000 warm-up messages a day. It gives 7 days of full access to the chosen plan.

Warmforge is $12 a month for one mailbox slot, billed monthly, or $9 a month billed annually. Its pricing page says there is no free trial, and each subscription includes one free placement test a month. Larger placement test plans are sold separately, from $39 a month billed monthly.

lemwarm and TrulyInbox

lemwarm prices per email address: Essential is $29 a month on monthly billing and $24 on yearly billing, and Smart is $49 and $40. Every lemlist plan includes lemwarm, according to lemwarm's own pricing page, so a lemlist sender may not need a separate warm-up tool. The page lists no trial.

TrulyInbox prices by daily warm-up volume with unlimited accounts: Starter is $29 a month, billed monthly, for 200 warm-up emails a day, and Growth is $99 for 1,000. Its pricing page also lists a free plan for one account at 10 warm-up emails a day, a 7-day trial on paid plans and a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Instantly when warm-up should come with outreach

Instantly sells warm-up inside its outreach plans, so it fits a sender who also needs the sending tool. Growth is $47 a month, billed monthly, with unlimited email accounts, unlimited warm-up, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month. Its pricing page lists no trial and no warm-up-only plan.

When to stay with Warmy

Stay with Warmy when you want warm-up, placement tests and monitoring in one plan priced by volume. Its pricing page lists a deliverability tester, a DMARC tracker, a reputation tracker and Google Postmaster data in every plan. Its comparison page lists five plans, from Starter at $49 to Platinum at $429 a month, billed monthly, with up to 5,000 warm-up emails a day.

Not every feature is on every plan: the help center reserves features such as your own templates, warm-up topics and language for higher plans.

Warmy does not send cold email, so a sender who needs the sending tool still needs one. It has no free plan. Its 7-day trial covers one mailbox, and its Terms say the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends and that fees are non-refundable. The comparison page lists 5 to 50 placement tests a month by plan, while the pricing page leaves the monthly allowance to Warmy's team.
