What each one is for

Warmy's help center says it does not send emails to your prospect lists or external contacts. Instantly Growth is an outreach plan: its pricing page lists unlimited email accounts, unlimited email warm-up, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month. Instantly's pricing page lists no warm-up-only plan.

Instantly's warm-up page says the ramp starts with 2 emails on day one, 4 on day two and 6 on day three, and calls warm-up an ongoing process rather than a fixed countdown.

Warmy's help center lists what Warmy does not do: guarantee inbox placement, replace SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, or work as a full deliverability solution for cold email. Its Terms also say Warmy does not authorize using the service to send unsolicited commercial email.

Instantly warmup pricing against the Warmy plans

Instantly has no separate warm-up price: on monthly billing Growth is $47 a month and Hypergrowth, with 25,000 contacts, is $97 a month, and each plan lists unlimited email warm-up. Warmy's own comparison pages list five plans billed monthly, with Starter at $49 and 100 warm-up emails a day, and Business at $129 and 300 a day. Warmy publishes no annual price.

Instantly's pricing page also lists Light Speed at $358 a month and a custom Enterprise plan. Credits and VIP plans sit on separate tabs.

Instantly's figures buy sending, contacts and warm-up, and Warmy's buy warm-up volume with tests, so the two do not replace each other one for one. Warmy pricing lists the other plans.

Warm-up networks as each vendor describes them

A warm-up network is the group of real mailboxes that exchange warm-up messages with yours. Instantly says its deliverability pool has over 1,000,000 real email accounts. Warmy's pricing page claims a network of over 1 million mailboxes, while its FAQ says it maintains a minimum of 300,000 active mailboxes. Smartlead says its warm-up network lets in only vetted senders, and its warm-up page puts the ideal period for a new domain at one to two months.

Instantly lists Inbox Placement as a separate product in its menu. Warmy's comparison pages list 5 to 50 placement tests a month by plan, and its pricing page leaves the monthly allowance to Warmy's team.

Who should pick Warmy, Instantly or both

Pick Instantly, or Smartlead at $39 a month for Base, billed monthly, when you have no sending tool: the plan sends campaigns and warms the mailboxes in one bill. Pick Warmy when you send from another tool and want placement tests, DMARC monitoring and a warm-up network beside it. The best cold email warmup tool guide ranks the options by buyer.

An outbound lead already on Instantly Growth has warm-up in the plan. Warmy's pricing page lists placement test credits, a DMARC tracker and a reputation tracker. Its 7-day trial on one mailbox includes up to 50 seed emails a day, which is a way to see a placement report before paying. Warmy vs lemwarm covers the same question for lemlist users.
