Try Warmy →Warmup Inbox pricing: price per inbox against price per plan
Warmup Inbox Basic, Pro and Max cost $19, $59 and $99 per inbox on monthly billing. On yearly billing they are $15, $49 and $79 a month per inbox, which is $180, $588 and $948 billed yearly. The price per inbox falls from the second inbox, and a quote starts past 50 inboxes. Warmup Inbox says annual plans bill once at signup for 12 months and save 20% against monthly.
Warmy's own comparison pages list five plans billed monthly: Starter $49, Business $129, Premium $189, Expert $279 and Platinum $429 a month. They print no mailbox count per plan, so a Warmy cost per mailbox cannot be worked out from its pages. Confirm how the plan counts mailboxes before you pay. Warmy's Terms bill monthly fees on or about the 1st of each month for the prior period.
Daily volume, plan features and mailbox connections
Warmup Inbox sets 75, 250 and 1,000 warm-up messages a day on Basic, Pro and Max. Pro adds your own templates, topics and language, and Max adds premium support, a technical setup check and an unlimited developer API. Warmy's comparison pages list 100, 300, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 warm-up emails a day from Starter to Platinum.
Warmy's help center reserves warming up with your templates, choosing topics and setting the language for higher plans, so not every feature is on every plan.
Warmup Inbox says it supports Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Yahoo and Zoho, plus any provider that connects over SMTP or IMAP. Warmy connects Microsoft 365 through OAuth, and its help center says a Google Workspace connection needs an administrator to approve Warmy's app.
Trials and placement tests
Both vendors give 7 days. Warmy's trial covers one mailbox, and its Terms say the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Warmup Inbox says the trial gives full access to your chosen plan with no credit card up front, and that you will not be charged if you cancel during it. The Warmy free trial page has the full terms.
A placement test is a test email sent to mailboxes outside the warm-up network to see whether it lands in Inbox, Spam or Promotions. Warmy's comparison pages list 5 to 50 a month by plan.
Who should pick Warmy and who should pick Warmup Inbox
