Is Warmy.io legit? Who runs it

Warmy is run by Warmy Technologies LTD, a company its Terms and privacy policy say is incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel, and it publishes Terms, a privacy policy and a security page. The Terms name the courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District. See the Warmy review for the plans.

One gap: Warmy's Terms, privacy, about and contact pages give an email address for contact and no street address, company number or incorporation date.

Is Warmy.io a scam? Refunds, renewal and cancellation

The refund and renewal rules sit in Terms last revised October 1, 2026. Plans start from $49 a month, as read on October 23, 2026, and a subscription renews automatically.

Warmy's Terms say all fees are non-refundable, while its help center says to ask support for a refund and notes requests can only be submitted 7 days after the date of purchase, so plan on no refund.

The Terms also issue no refunds, credits or proration for unused time, and annual prepayments are non-refundable once paid. Cancel at least five business days before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; canceling does not entitle you to a refund. For 30 days after termination you may request a data export.

Use the 7-day Warmy free trial on one mailbox before you pay a fee the Terms will not refund; the Terms say a trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

Is Warmy.io safe? Security and compliance claims

Warmy's security page says SOC 2 Type II is in progress and a help article says it does not yet have SOC compliance.

Warmy's pricing page shows its payment block as powered by Stripe, and its Terms say payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe.

What Warmy's Terms forbid

The Terms are for business use, not consumer use, and they bar these uses:

  • Sending or warming up sending for spam, unsolicited commercial email, phishing or scams.
  • Uploading contact lists without the required consents.
  • Connecting purchased, rented, scraped or shared mailboxes or domains used to get around an email provider's policies.
  • Exceeding your plan's limits, or interfering with warm-up messages in Warmy's network.

Warmy may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. This summarizes Warmy's Terms and is not legal advice.

Warmy claims to read as marketing

Read these Warmy claims as marketing: a vendor-stated customer count, vendor-stated placement figures and a home-page phrase about guaranteeing the highest email deliverability. Its pricing page says 7,000+ businesses and its home page 35,000+. Its warm-up page headlines 95% inbox placement and its deliverability page 98% on average, and neither says how it was measured.

The deliverability phrase is not a refund promise, because the Terms make fees non-refundable, and Warmy's help center lists guaranteeing inbox placement among the things Warmy does not do.

Who should pick Warmy, TrulyInbox or MailReach

Pick Warmy if you accept fees the Terms will not refund. Pick TrulyInbox for a refund window: its pricing page lists a 14-day money-back guarantee. Pick MailReach to pay per mailbox: $25 a month for one mailbox, billed monthly, as read on October 23, 2026. Warmy alternatives compares more options.
